Ramen at Butao on Wo On Lane in Hong Kong.  The infamous ramen joint only serves 200 bowls of noodles a day.  Come early and be prepared to queue up for at least 30 minutes.  I found the broth flavourful and the noodles and pork were also good.  Unfortunately I had scarfed down my favourite blueberry danish from the Mandarin bakery about 5 minutes before our number was called so my appetite had been slightly diminished and I was unable to finish my bowl of ramen.  Thank goodness for younger brothers with humongous appetites!
